InteGrade Pro Link District Scheduling Utility
The InteGrade Pro Link District Scheduling Utility allows districts to fully automate the entire process of running InteGrade Pro Link for a collection of schools. Currently, InteGrade Pro Link provides users with the capability to extract student, grade, teacher, and class information out of InteGrade Pro for import and merging with a variety of systems. InteGrade Pro Link does provide the capability for automation, but is restricted to only a single school. The InteGrade Pro Link District Scheduling Utility removes this restriction, allowing a single source to run InteGrade Pro Link against multiple schools simultaneously!
Districts and schools currently have the capacity to extract all gradebook information from InteGrade Pro for a single set of school gradebooks to an external set of files for consumption by other programs. The InteGrade Pro Link District Scheduling Utility further adds the capacity for multiple sets of gradebooks to be exported. In addition, the District Scheduling Utility bypasses InteGrade Pro Link's arbitrary hour limit, which enforces that automation tasks are run only once per hour.
With the InteGrade Pro Link District Scheduling Utility, districts are provided with functionality to:
- Completely automate all aspects of InteGrade Pro Link
- Extract multiple schools' gradebooks at the same time
- Fully configure all aspects of InteGrade Pro Link for a set of schools once per year and only once
- Exactly coordinate InteGrade Pro Link's extraction to coincide with importing software by specifying the exact hour, time, and even second when the utility should begin extraction
- Fine-tune the exact number of days between extraction runs, allowing a district to extract any number of days a week, month, or year
Minimize and forget about it!
The District Scheduling Utility minimizes and runs directly from the system tray, allowing districts to configure the program at the beginning of the year, minimize, and let the Utility do its work!
Text extraction of InteGrade Pro Link files!
As an added feature of the newest version of the InteGrade Pro Link District Scheduling Utility, InteGrade Pro Link files can now be extracted as ASCII text files instead of the standard dBase IV .DBF and .MDX files. By providing this data in a textual format, external software packages are more easily able to import information from InteGrade Pro Link into their own, proprietary database systems. No more messy ODBC database connections to dBase IV!
